Ordering, payment and delivery

Trade orders use the same catalogue as everyone else, so the size chart and product pages show the current price and availability of every bearing. Prices include 10% GST, and the GST is itemised on the tax invoice for each order. Business customers can ask to pay by direct bank transfer instead of by card.

Every order ships free by Australia Post Express Post. In-stock orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, and sizes marked for pre-order show an estimated dispatch window of 3 to 4 weeks. For a size we do not list, we can ask Exalto for a quote.

What to have ready when you apply

  • Your business name and ABN, so invoices can be issued correctly.
  • A contact name, email and phone number for the person who orders.
  • The type of work you do and roughly how many bearings you buy in a year.
  • Any upcoming refit or new-build project you would like pricing for, with the bearing sizes if you know them. The measuring guide lists the dimensions we need.
